The Constitution of the United States

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.

Barack Hussien Obama has refused to provide the people of the United States, any substantial proof that he is a natural born citizen of the United States of America.
The Constitution says that the President must be a natural born citizen. Therefore, if we care about the Constitution, we do not have the right to elect someone who is not a natural born citizen. So, if Obama refuses to prove that he is qualified, we must assume that he is not. Every American who does vote has a constitutional duty to vote against him. A vote for him, is a vote against the Constitution of the United States of America.

Every man in the military took an oath to defend our country against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Obama posted an unsigned or sealed Certification of Live Birth on his website last June, and then claimed that it was his Birth Certificate, which it is not. In an article on Politifact dated June 27th, Janice Okubo, spokeman for the Hawaii Health Department stated I dont know that its possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents.

There are now lawsuits filed in 9 states. California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington. Even if we loose them all, the fact remains that Obama flatly refuses to produce his birth records in a Court, where they can be examined by experts. Instead, he has just posted "images" of a Certification of Live Birth on websites. This is NOT a Birth Certificate, which would say what hospital he was born at, who the doctor was, etc. Why? What is he hiding?

We must protect the Constitution of the United States.

If ANYTHING should be amended about the Constitution, it should be to take away the liberal welfare recipients right to vote!! These people don't even contribute to SOCIETY... WHY should they VOTE?! These undeserving moochers obviously are going to continue to vote in the liberals who are pro- "entitlements!" This is simply unsustainable. And WHAT is Constitutional about allowing a nation to collapse due to the SCHMUCKS that are milking the system?

Wow. Y'all are ridiculous. We are bound as a country not only by our Constitution, but also by our ability to amend it in order to uphold the ideals of our nation. If we had stuck with the unmodified Constitution, the only voting class would be an elite group of white male landowners and states would still be able to legalize slavery within their borders. Face it, no one really believes Obama should be removed for this. Some people were just overly displeased with the results of the election.

actually, the states were in charge of the voting laws then. there was only a small percentage of people that were eligable to vote due to the laws of the state. that was wrong and unconstitutional for the states to do that because the document says that all men are created equal. and if it wasnt for the freedoms that were expressed in the document, the people would have never been able to abolish those laws. the fed was right for that to overide the states. thats its main job

Agentrick, You are a little confused. The States still do make the voting laws. No where does the Constitution say that all men are created equal. It does say, " The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.", so clearly it is not the job of the Federal Government to override the States or the people.

That is correct, and there is only one immigration law on the books-The Naturization Act of 1790, which states, "the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens". It does not say the child of a foreign student, is a natural born citizen, simply because he claims without proof, that he was born in Hawaii.
