@TheXXIV Japanese Mecha anime has been using a very similar range of sound effects for decades, are you so certain they were made specifically for Gundam and gundam alone? I find that very naive.

I have several of 'em name it. I kinda like Arch tiger but there's no Roid in it, also the legs you cannot spread it.

@Vachidra weather or not they are specificly for the gundam franchise they are most often associated with gundam and to me thats where they come from

I got Arch Tiger in Hong Kong last year. Its a pretty cool toy though it looks nowhere as cool as the one in this vid.
