@keenanX1 Yes they will be opening for a band you may have heard of called JUDAS PRIEST ! You can check the US dates at JudasPriest`s website

THIS BLOWS MY MIND! Are they heading for the USA? I appreciate the singer not trying to cop a Lynott. Not knowing his vocal style to me it sounds more like he's trying to sound like Sykes. All in all I will certainly see them if they come to Phoenix. I'd pay to see Scott & Brian everytime. I can most certainly accept Vivian Campbell on second guitar...no secrete that he's a G.Moore student...great job!

@Tattiebogle64 Totaly 100% agree with your comments my friend. I too was at this gig and they were blindingly good. I have my tickets already ordered for the January 19th 2012 gig at he Glasgow Barrowlands. Listening to the London Indigo2 gig on cd right now. Sheer magic. Roll on January 2012 !!!

Even if you do call this a tribute, it's the best damn tribute I ever went to see! They were great in Glasgow!
Ricky Warwick was frontman of the Almighty. I was there and this line up are no tribute band. They were fantastic. Did you call Deep Purple a tribute band when Coverdale and Hughes joined, or Black Sabbath when Dio took over from Ozzy. Line ups change and sadly Phil can't be there, others choose not to be there. Be thankful that Thin Lizzy are still out there and sounding as good as this.

No Phil, No Lizzy... but sounds good if you consider it as a tribute band
