This comes from Volume I of my Found Footage Festival DVD collection. An eccentric environmentalist shows just how much he loves animals by trying to make out with a live harp seal.
I don't know whether to laugh, or be throughly disturbed by this clip...

Actually as long as was a brightly colored spray paint to spray down their back. They are totally helpless at this stage they can't swim or dive I should say until they lose their baby fur the soft white. If you sprayed down their back it ruins their fur for the humters only as it stains it. No value skinning it. Once they shed their baby fur you can't ever tell that they were spray-painted. Very few ppl shot these pups as they would smash their heads with a bat or whatever so as to not damage

@Wllmap did you spray them red so hunters saw them at a distant and thought they already attacked?

I remember in my youth. Being over 50 now I would save all the coins money bottles all the money in the world I could get my hands on and buy as many cases of spraypaint I could find. My family as in cousins would go with me and we'd race up and down as fast as we could go spray paint the white seal pups. The ice with the seals were so colourful. As fast as we went we couldn't save em all. Down the way you'd here seal pup scream mostly being hit in the head with a bat. That way you don't damage
