I have to laugh at all the Rihanna haters. She is enjoying herself and doesnt give a damn what anyone thinks. She is from the carribean this is a carribean parade they dress in skimpy costumes and wine up. Get over it.In Brazil they wear skimpy outfits and do the same thing. In america, americans go to spring break and dress in skimpy outfits and get drunk and dance provocatively, so whats the difference.Its just people having a good time and not hurting anyone.l There is no need to hate
