@davidrossbenson I LOVE THIS SONG! 1st heard it in 87' at a club in Houston. It was the only club at that time that played new beat & EBM. All the others were still playing Italio Disco, New Wave, top 40 crap, rock, etc... From the1st time I went 2 that club, I knew that's where I was supposed to be. To hear this song at that club on their mega sound system (best in the world IMO) is something I won't ever 4get. I agree, the era was wayyy to short, but I'm thankful I got to be a part of it.

So that is what TGT means. The Stark Narc has come to an understanding and has moved to Deep Ellum, only to give up and join in the chant.

I first heard Machine Gun on cassette single when it came out and liked it a lot, than I got a wax trax video sampler with Revo on it and then I really loved TGT, the video was so goofy and fun, most people got that it was fun music.
The ones that didn't were those serious gothic girls that could not laugh at anything...I think the techno-acid-industrial-new beat area was too short.
Only hard core true industrial-techno-acid fans appreciate this kind of cheese.
Truly Awesome!

@etherealheigh I had no idea, too bad they are too good at making good music, since I dig both. What isn't sampled in this song is fantastic, and was big fun to dance to back in the day. Cheers all!

@etherealheigh oh thanks that's really interesting to hear. yeah i throught the amount of vocal sampling done on electronic/dance tracks in the late 80s was a bit tiresome! i must try them at 33rpm! my two alltime fave C&C records are love & lust and CTI's 'In Continuum' from '95. Actually all the early ones are amazing too.

@chrisnoaro1 way late, but I have read that chris and cosey intended this project as a joke rebellion against the current oversampling of the era. I have the actual records, interestingly printed as the wrong speed, i enjoy them more at the slower bpm myself
