And then finally, the beer belly. Look at this change! We have a new technique of liposuction which involves ultrasonic energy, it's called the VASER technology, which is particularly great for men. And what it does is, it actually first melts the fat and you get skin contraction at the same time, its particularly important for him because he does have some skin laxity from losing the weight. One man decided to get this procedure because he was determined to make his own wife happy. "I would love to have abs like Matthew McConaughey." When he heard about the surgery it was a dream come true. "I got the VASER high definition liposuction and the doctor came in and diagramed where he would do the VASER on my body. He drew with a marker and basically carved out a six-pack on my stomach. It was actually pretty good as far as surgeries go. These are the last of the bandages here. I am very, very much looking forward to getting these off so I can see the results." We're here with our patient and wife, and his plastic surgeon, Dr. John Millard. So, I touched briefly on VASER technology. But there's a special technique, VASER Hi Def. VASER Hi De is a marriage between art and technology. The gentle VASER tool enables us to work in the fatty layers and work in a way to take the fat out that we want to take out and leave the fat behind that we want to leave behind. And what VASER Hi Def does do is allows us to enhance the muscular definition, and this has allowed us to do things and sculp more in 3-D. We can work not just the definition over those muscle groups, but we can also work the definition around and in between the muscle groups, enhancing not just the abs but the pecks and obliques. It takes time to get the final result. You see descent results at two months. The best results are 4 months. He's 80% of the way there now from the final results.

Not really bro. Some people have more genetic fat between there muscles, and it does not matter how much they work out they will still not have a 6 pack. Working out builds the muscle but that does not mean it will always show. And sure, if yu can get down to 3 percent body fat and do protein shakes maybe anyone will have a six pack. But is that healthy? Most people do not have time to work out that hard and be that dedicated. This procedure is for people who want to have a six pack.
