Regarding these energy saving devices. The Phil. government could also import more solar powered panels, it's a great investment that saves a lot of money. Electric companies might try to oppose on importing these energy saving devices but citizens should petition the government to encourage local companies to import more to benefit so many who are suffering from soaring high cost of energy. More wind turbine should be built throughout the country.

Yes, this project will create carbon credits for the Philippines under the Clean Development Mechanism.
