Allow me to clear up some misconceptions. Apoyando is a FORM of picado. In picado, there is apoyando (rest strokes) and tirando (free strokes). The title of the video is completely fine.

@yfenfan no, only the spanish call it picado because in spanish music it requires much more speed than in classical. in classical music it's called apoyando.
