Yeah this isn't an e stop. If it was, the ride wouldn't start back up. It's what is called cascading, where trains back up for various reasons, but usually because of slow unloading.
@Spideyfreak110 it makes sense they would reset because they are constantly interacting with the server (brain) the vehicle has at least 2 sperate computers to process all the information.
Interesting. That was not an E-stop though. E-stop cuts power to everything within one second. It appears that the vehicle in front of you faulted out, (Auto Cycle Out, hence the flashing lights) and then went back into profile speed. Strange, I thought that the vehicles wouldn't reset until they get to the station though.

happened to me too... it turned out that they were replacing the old cars with new ones... they had to close or slow down areas...
