The interview with Sean Akins and Jason DeMarco posted on Toonami Jetstream following the blocks cancellation from cartoon network.

Re-posted it to YouTube in case Jetstream itself is taken offline one day and because I have not seen a better quality one on YT yet; the others seem to be recorded with a camera aimed at a computer screen whilst this is a rip of the flash stream from their site. Thus much better audio and video quality.

The original copy can be found at:
http://www.toonamijetstream.com/dlink/index.html?episodeID=8a25c3921c894e9301...

EDIT (Feb 2009): Jetstream didn't last much longer after I re-posted this. The video streaming site is now gone, along with this video, from CN's servers.

EDIT (July 2010): Been a while since official toonami went off the air however you might have noticed several video streams trying to imitate the now past glory. Well, frankly many have sucked, but someone finally pulled off a good one. Check out http://www.toonamiaftermath.com/ for yourself and see.

EDIT (Feb2011):
I've recovered the other interviews here to a separate account.

  • I noticed that some of the TOM 1 era clips were snagged from the Toonami Digital Arsenal (i.e; TOM Introduction). They didn't even have the balls to use original HQ footage.

  • @CartoonNothing CN is part of a head company, Turner Broadcasting. Anything their employees produce is owned by Turner (not the creators) and put into a storage facility of stock footage somewhere. This interview probably took place on that final week they went off the air and likely no one working on Toonami had access to the stock footage anymore. Probably no one that ever worked on Toonami can get to that now. If not for TDA we probably would of gotten an interview with no clips at all. ;)

  • @lcrazy8l what's TDA? sorry, i can be a little clueless with this stuff sometimes ._.

  • @fireredtrainer01 Toonami Digital Arsenal, it's a website that's been online since years before the block was even ever canceled from television that archives short video clips of the bumpers/commercials.

  • aw man, you should totally submit a copy of this vid to Toonami Arsenal

I really gotta say thanks for capturing this vid before the site went kaput, I freaking miss Toonami...

  • @SorcererLance If I can find the files again I might just do that. Actually I had ripped ALL of the interview files from Jetstream in that final 2 months, I think I may even have that lady with the Pikachu Volkswagen Beetle - not sure about her tho... But that other dude Mangakh already had them all up (or almost all), didn't want to steal his thunder. :P

I am certain they were never deleted, if I can locate them again I'll be sure to bundle them all in a zip and email it to TDA.. :D

  • Anyone know how to get in contact with Jason Demarco? I want to thank him for IGPX. I understand why it wasnt popular, but I can't thinkofany other cartoon since that's even come close to its quality.
