Ahh,, let's see. I can hear passion, suffering, airiness, blues, jazz. Probably more feeling in her voice than any of the modern day female singers I can think of. I've been a fan since her first release. She's a favorite of mine. The down side is she's not top 40 rotation material for whatever reason. In a strange way its maybe a good thing.

Not many "singers" can produce such a tingling performance with just a guitar and their voice. She has true talent.
