You're absolutely right, this video is a pure hypocrisy. But Fred Abrahams' speech is hardly surprising - his only aim is to justify the criminal Nato actions telling that despite the hundreds of thousands of every kind of bombs dropped on Libya there were only 72 victims. All the world knows that the HRW is a puppet of the DoS&Nato.
