THIS IS OUR 1950 ROAD LEGAL VINCENT BLACK LIGHTNING CLASSIC BRITISH MOTORCYLE. THIS IS ONE OF ONLY 32 MADE THROUGHT THE WHOLE PRODUCTION. PLEASE FIND THE OTHER VIDEO I MADE OF THIS CLASSIC. FILMED BY RUTHIE ON 27TH AUGUST 2009 ON THE DAY WE BOUGHT IT, FROM THE OWNERS SHOWN RIDING IT FIRST. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=31446&id=1072977488&l=d47b06e926
GEOFF IS JUST THRILLED WITH HIS LATEST BOYS TOY. GEOFF CAN BE SEEN RIDING IT FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME AT THE END OF THE VIDEO. IN THIS FILM YOU CAN SEE MY 77 YEAR OLD MUM, WHO WAS AN ORIGINAL BIKER GIRL FROM THE 50S AND 60'S. LOOK AT THIS PHOTO ALBUM OF MY MUM JOAN, AND JUST A FEW OF THE COUNTLESS BIKES SHE HAS OWNED. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=30096&id=1072977488&l=ab29e3ca93

  • George rode Nero and SuperNero [google it] you dink....Nemo was a fucking goldfish.....

  • @535bbc Ha ha.....That is just so funny about Nemo being a goldfish. I know that Nemo was also a famous whale (slightly bigger). I just love reading all the comments about our bike, so thanks to you and everyone else. I have made more videos of our 1950 Vincent Black Lightning on here if anyone wants to look them up. Thanks!

  • Your mum is cooler than custard! :o)

  • @fattyballaty Thanks for that, and you are indeed correct. Mum has a large feature in the latest Ace Cafe book that is out. I think it is the 50th Anniversary one, and it also features me as a young child with Mum. I am photographed sitting on one of her bikes, and next to one of her Busmar sidecars.

  • listen to the lungs on that beauty

  • @middenrat Thanks very much, and yes indeed it does sound good (like a proper bike should)!

  • @bradleynail

Not the Black lightnings, more the supercahrged Vincent´s like the mighty mouse.

My experience at the worldrally in Dutch-Rijswhik in the mid80th of riding Nero and/or Supernero and Mighty-mouse 3-4 yards of my point, strong bodyshaking airvibration.

  • very nice but a sad looking oil puddle at 5:42

  • I have probably said this on here before, but, it bears repeating, what a simply gorgeous machine!

  • RUNNING WEAK AND ON ONE CYLINDER (DUFF PLUG?) BUT SOUNDS NICE ! BUT THEY DONT LIKE POTTERING AROUND THOUGH !

  • SED

  • @spentacle Yes - thanks for that correction - it wasn't his. I checked the catalog.
