@seglermichael I completely agree at this point when it started, and even now I really don't think there was a need to hire so many people. If ya look around youtube there are plenty of other music channels that are far more successful and they are doing all the work themselves. Other people here on youtube have proven that it doesn't need to be some huge production in order for it to be successful there just needs to be some level of talent and things tend to work out.
