No. It was 82T. NS runs both trains from the Powder River. 82E is for the Indian River in Delaware and 82T is for Beesley's Point, NJ.

Tyrone, PA. Photos and videos from that location are usually taken from the other side of the tracks down by the crossing, but the sun was wrong.
Those SD60s at the beginning are in Run-8.
