  • 15.53 isn't even fast. #8 ranked? I hope you're in the 15 and under age group haha.

  • Hi, awesome video. I have a question though, hopefully you can help me out. I'm currently too fast for 5 stepping, I'm pretty much crashing into every hurdle and clearing it too high. Can you give me any tips on 3 stepping?

    Thanks a lot

  • work on the length of your strides. to 3 step you'll feel like your bounding at first but after enough workouts the 3 step will come with ease and you'll never go back.

  • yea my FAT was 8.7 for the 60s

  • let's face it, asians are better huddlers...

  • im 14 and my 110 time was 14.54 and i was best in the county haha

  • @jesse110h Here's a good training drill for increasing stride length: go to the football field and run striders of increasing speed, taking two steps every five yards, so that the same foot hits the five yard line each time. That VERY closely approximates the stride length necessary for three stepping. Another useful drill is to move the hurdles in a yard or so and get used to the feel of three-stepping. Then ease the hurdles out a little at a time.

  • @lilaznkid415 It's either 55m or 60m. It's indoor, there's no 110m.
