This is just a video I played around with. I was excited that my Ranger was getting stronger after 15 levels of weak damage, and lvl 16-18 being a little better, lvl 19 was refreshing. I got to level 22, but I didn't get any video of it.
Also, this was more of a learning video. My first time using Sony Vegas for editing, and also I was trying to get timing with the song in some areas just for practice. So be kind :)

The ranger is the shittest low level class, once they hit level 25 they are incredibly hard to defeat. I leveled a SM to 30 in CB5 and i could never beat rangers. I now play a ranger in the Official game and so far im liking them alot. I got to level 22 now and Poison Shot is a savior and just thinking about once i get to 25 for Rupture is going to be O fucking P!!!

1 You need to setup your resolusion
2 Yeah but its 10% bonus to defense when moving backwards, which is handy should a mob spawn on you
3 Its only slow untill 16, then it starts speeding up... Look at the bright side.. the slow levels are in the beginning, not the end like Glad and cleric.
4 You need to buy Arrows for the bow, Seeds for the traps and Powershards for the extra damage, but its not expensive. On the bright side, you can sell your healing pots since you dont need them.

I'm at 11 on CB6, Rangers are pretty slow and the walking back will stop you getting killed, Im confident in high level stuff but if not, I'm switching to a Templar...

Rangers are pretty squishy, and typically you want to kite mobs like I'm doing in the video. I guess you really don't have to though. but be prepared for more downtime for healing.
Ranger is very slow and low damage from lvl 1-15. lvl 16 you get your first combo skill (Attack Arrow, the three shot attack you see me using) and that speeds up killing more. And at level 19 (which is what I am in this video) you get stunning shot which is a nice chunk of damage. It just get better from there. :)
