@godelike Fantastic. You should make more improvisation videos if you can do this in one session! My left hand isn't good enough to improvise in Rach style ^_^

@MrPiano1994 Thank you for the comment! :) Yes, indeed, it is played without any kind of preparation, except "f-minor, choral" for the beginning.

This is so amazing, and the amount of views you've got does not reflect this. Is this actually from the top of your head? No preparation before?

@pianodesu Yes. The same goes for all improvisations I posted on youtube.

@godelike How do you do it? Do you have "Absolute pitch"? :)
When I arrange It is not that easy create few voices or contrapunctus and connect them into one without knowing harmony in proper order or without making any mistake.
I wish, me and all pianists could improvise like you :).

@pianodesu Hello! Yes, I do have perfect pitch, but it is not what I use when I improvise. Knowledge of harmony is more important in that case. Although it is true that perfect pitch does help in some situations... It is a mix of mechanic technique, harmony knowledge, and instinct / imagination. The more you play, the more you know, but the more you tend to stick to routines. From times to times I try to "refresh" and find completely new ideas.
