XTranormal Tricks - Multicam Editing

Using Sony Vegas Pro to cut a multicam music video with Xtranormal.

To do this, do several render passes using different camera angles in Xtranoral. Then group those together into a multicam track in Vegas (or any other editor that can do multicam) and away you go.

Xtranormal will only let you do hard cuts. No dissolves, no moving camera. The use of transitions, filters, and effects help compensate for the lack of these features in Xtranormal.
