  • @cyanide2001 I'm just going to do pull ups, situps and push ups. still the best imo.

  • @Thetrollmaster2000 lol, your right tho Resistance bands are awesome for toning the body, but this is more if you want to tone and get bigger =D

  • @cyanide2001 :D

  • @Thetrollmaster2000 big man behind a keyboard, not even gonna bother with you maggot (abuse wise)

  • @cyanide2001 your moms 360 lbs

  • @Thetrollmaster2000 and doesn't have resistance up to 360lbs

  • so whats the difference between this equipment to resistance band?

hmm resistance band cost 15 dollars :-)

  • @SirGlockALott If you can find a home gym get it especially if you tryna gain muscle.

  • IKILLEDUSUCKA10, you are right on the money. I am also looking now at getting a home gym. Much safer and worth the extra money.

  • It is dangerous though since the bands are rubber, but it does say wear safety equipment so they know its dangerous. Personally id prefer an actual home gym or actual dumbells causee you actually feel the "BURN".
