both party's at fault.. Powell should have been more careful and responsible, and Chen should have just contacted apple when he realized it was an authentic unit,because really, the phone isn't even released yet,so it's still classified as confidential and releasing it to the entire world is not really cool.

So much news about a damn cell phone. It's simple....this guy had the chance to reveal the first video on the new Iphone and went for it. I have no idea why he tries to talk around that and make it sound so complicating. He should be a damn attorney because being that I attended law school for a short while, the first thing they teach you is how to talk around the facts to where it is so complicating people forget what the so called crime was to begin with.
