The final part of the film starts at Ruili, then moves briefly to Kunming before ending with a visit to Beijing Botanical Gardens.
The species featured in the Ruili part are black-backed forktail, white-crowned forktail, female then male rosy minnivet, lesser racket-tailed drongo, and a leaf warbler - possibly white-tailed or maybe Blyth's??.
At Kunming we have rusty-capped fulvetta, spectacled fulvetta, brown-breasted bulbul, Blandford's rosefinch, brown-breasted bulbul again, speckled piculet, red-billed leiothrix, ashy-throated parrotbill and spectacled fulvetta.
Our last destination was a short visit to Beijing Botanical Gardens with a noticable drop in temperature. Species featured are azure-winged magpie, tree sparrow, azure-winged and Eurasian magpie, Chinese bulbul, yellow-browed bunting, Naumann's thrush, dusky thrush, grey-capped pygmy woodpecker, vinous-throated parrotbill, yellow-throated bunting, brambling, yellow-bellied tit, and a final azure-winged magpie. The film ends with the river near Ruili, with China on the left and Burma on the right, and a sunset at Yingjiang.
