thats the whole point, in a real match (and i know)
when youve taken a few big hits, you get a little dizzy (not necesarily bloody). so they have tried to make it more realistic by giving you a handicap when youve been beat up too much

On the PS3 it has this first person mode you can play in. I think it is called get in the ring.
