Funny how all you Mackems argue your city is bigger when this argument is about football so on that basis; Newcastle have a better team, a better stadium, better supporters and also as proven by trojan73able the fact that your city is CURRENTLY bigger is wrong.

@regedemundo If you're going to make a point about how stupid you perceive Geordies and Mackems to be, then the first thing I would suggest you do, is learn how to spell, how to express yourself without swearing (also mis spelt) and chill out! I am a Geordie and have good friends that support Sunderland, and as our big rivals I am happy to exchange banter and wind ups with them, but not you. I don't know where you're from, but you will never understand the pride and passion of the north east!!

I am a Newcastle fan and a s much as I hate Sunderland i also respect them, Without them we wouldn't have this fantastic derby. I mean realistically Newcastle or sunderland won't reach a cup final untill they have better players in. This is everything, I think if you asked a geordie or a mackem they would probably both say, they would rather beat sunderland/newcastle than win a trophy because it means son much.

@THEMACKEMBNPMEMBER look fella - I'm a proud Englishman, i wear a poppy and have visited the BritIsh and American graves and memorials in Northern France, so yes i agree that what those Muslims did last week was a disgrace and people like that should be deported to what ever country they are from they arent wanted. But that doesnt make it right to treat them all the same and kick every ethnic minority out of the country which is what the BNP want to do. So i have to be anti BNP.
