One Leg Stand, full weight: Make sure you are standing next to a table for balance. Stand comfortably on both feet. Slowly begin to shift over onto 1 foot, on the opposite foot, lift the heel off of the ground. Now lift the toes off the ground and fully shift onto 1 foot. Hold this balance for as long as you can, increasing the time held with each practice.
