this was the warm up...and i will only go as heavy as 15 pounds when im doing this...it give you a nice cut if you do it frequently enough? you will start to see more definition and separation...now me? im doing all this because i over did it on my whey protien and feel i have put on to much...for my taste i like to be lean and cut at the same time feels more serious to me like that..so this is part of the workout...again for the next three weeks...right after this? you should up the pounds and press the pounds over head...and stay in your range...i dont see any use in going over 30 pounds doing this...while standing..ok try it then give me some feed back...im using 10s and 5 pound dumbells

  • damn your 42 thats pretty crazy and this is a niceee shoulder workout. I've seen many variations of shoulder workouts like this and I love doin em. Ill try this next time shoulders are up probably not with 15s tho haha not tryin to kill myself

  • @BlackiDaIraqi1 Im trying to get the mix between having size and be cut like you basically. I am a natural meseomorph so I can get those results. I just need to ask what will be the best way to achieve that goal: Lose some more fat than gain more size or build up first then burn off the fat?
