@gmdimaano Yes. And also the tress, which were seen as a runway obstruction, actually helped slowing down this flight. Though I was not in the plane, I visited the site 1 day after the incident happened.

I was on this flight! 1st row of fiesta class. I can't believe it's almost three years. I was fortunate enough not to get hurt when we crash landed. I really thought we were gonna die as we were still at a high speed when we ran out of runway. Good thing no one was seriously hurt. I thank God for my second life.
