    Yes!... I found this video very informative. The most valuable part I thought was the clarification of 'content validity' and 'face validity' found at 28:51 - 33:13. I'm glad this video answers the question: "What is the evidence that the Enhanced NIC is valid, fair, and legally defensible?"

    The examples of how crane operators and police officers are tested for job performance was quite intriguing. Glad I'm an interpreter and not a crane operator, Smile.

    This is great information. I love that it's in video form rather than having to dig through the website and various pdf's.
