Weird man chasing people to donate money to him...part 1

This guy was seen at causeway point, chasing people to donate money to him.

When a family with young kids walk pass, he stuff something into the hand of the young kid, then ask the grandmother to donate (buy?) ?

Sad, got hand, got leg, don't find work, conning people in the street.

As usual, they will say help the lower income etc... but they are not even a charity - how will they help? or they are helping their own pocket?

btw, he is wearing a t-shirt that say "in god we trust", to make people trust him ? so he can con more people?

In this clip, he seem very werid cos he knows that i am filming him...
