But the thing is... once there, he WON. Three UFC heavyweight title fight wins. That's not an accident.
If you suddenly threw me onto an NFL team as quarterback, I sure as hell didn't earn my spot. But if I start throwing 300 yard games on a regular basis, you can't say shit about it anymore.

Jesse hit the nail on his head with that last statement. It's fun to watch, but in a era where a nuclear weapon the size of a coin can take out and entire city, fighting is superfluous and obsolete.

By the end he finally had to fight the real contenders (after UFC allowed him to duck Cain, JDS and guys like Overeem) and got totally crushed.
Cain destroyed him with ease and Overeem finished his career. He had no chance in either fight due to his terrible skill set.
Even Carwin would've easily won a rematch. He was crushed Lesnar at the beginning until he gassed out from punching Lesnar in the face so much lol. Lesnar couldn't hang and ran away back to WWE where he belongs.
