Analgesic Toothpaste (therapy jam) - Mark Galloway

I mistakenly brushed my teeth with analgesic ointment while on a golf trip with some of my golf buddies last year. I thought it was Colgate. I guess I really do need glasses.

The next morning I started playing this little jam. When one of my friends asked me what it was, I said "Analgesic Toothpaste".

I am using a Boss loop sampler. This is what I call a therapy jam. After a trying day, a good way to unwind. One take with no overdubs. Actually, there are layers that are laid down live.

Outstanding groove! What guage strings do you use on the 808 , .09? It is slinkyer than TE for sure,

Actually I use the same gauge strings as T.E.

Regular light gauge 12-53.
