In part 2, we take a look at how the financial crisis is affecting colleges themselves. We talk with university administrators, professors and Pat Callan, President of the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education, about the rising cost of higher education and how fewer families will be able to afford to send their children to college.

  • California is facing a $30 billion budget deficit over the next 18 months, so there are going to be colossal cuts to education. Gov. Schwarzenegger saved the world in "Terminator 2" but he can't save the state from going broke.
