Thank You Farmville Farmers!

Following the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti, players of Farmville rallied to donate over US $1.5 million to the emergency food relief effort. A year later, the WFP and people across Haiti are saying thank you.

I Like Farmville, It brings me great release from everyday stress. So I think it is no problem for me to buy crops to donate to Haiti, or any other country that is in despair, including my own. If anybody does not want to donate, that is their right. and if anybody thinks that people like me are stupid or wasting money, that is their problem....not mine. Thank You to all to do donate.....

What I gave was a small amount for me. But if one million people gave a small amount like I did, then collectively we can make a difference.  You might be surprised to realized so much you have in life was just given to you. I didnt try to change the world, I just didnt let the world change me.

@tlhawthorne I do appreciate the help france gave the US in that war they were a major help on that same note we also put forward a tremendous effort to push the brits back as well and fought well everyone did their part to defeat the british

@tlhawthorne that is true we had the help of the french BUT what got them interested in the fight between the british and US it was more than the fact britain was an enemy of the french, they saw we had strength and would be a formidable opponent to the british which filled them with enthusiasm for that war as well if we did not show strength the french would have seen us as a lost cause and frankly I would have too if I was them but they saw we could have victory here

@Chrissyyyyyo9 Not to donate because you think they wouldn't do it for you isn't a good reason. Do to others what you would want them to do to you. Plus You don't know if they would do it for us or not. They are in need and it doensn't matter why they are or how they got there. If we can help we should we should do it.
