Hair Challenge:
I will challenge my self for the remainder of the year to take better care of my hair so that I can retain all or most of the length that I grow within that time frame.
I will make sure that I am eating a high protein diet and drinking lots of water. I will exercise because that helps to maximize circulation, which indirectly helps with hair growth if you have pre-existing circulation problems.
I am currently at APL(armpit length), and would like to be just at BSL(bra strap length)
Things I will do for this challenge:
-Wear my hair in a low manipualation style
-Message my scalp with castor oil once a week
-Deep condition my hair once a week
-Do a henna treatment every two months
-Do a protein treatment once every two months
-Trim when necessart only
