What do you mean with placing a rope around the collar above the plates. Sry English is not my native language, I think that is the problem why I don't understand you. My problem is also that when i do parallel T-bar Rows my Chest is in the way. Being on the Block would help i think.
@urhunted Try it my way, I place a rope around the collar above the plates (stops ball-smashing when going heavy), and put my feet on two blocks. Full ROM, and works like a charm for the back.
@urhunted totally. you not only get minimal movement but it also smashes your nuts.
