  • @urhunted totally. you not only get minimal movement but it also smashes your nuts.

  • @odcpfan

hey i don't understand what you want so say with the first part of the first sentence.

What do you mean with placing a rope around the collar above the plates. Sry English is not my native language, I think that is the problem why I don't understand you. My problem is also that when i do parallel T-bar Rows my Chest is in the way. Being on the Block would help i think.

  • @urhunted instead of stacking 45's put 25's to get a higher pull

  • @urhunted Try it my way, I place a rope around the collar above the plates (stops ball-smashing when going heavy), and put my feet on two blocks. Full ROM, and works like a charm for the back.

  • can someone give me a substitute for this exercise using DBs other than bent over/ one-arm DB rows? appreciate it.

  • My towel stands as a replacement for the v-bar attachment and is working fine, currently using the bar + two 45 lb plates

  • @urhunted no

  • @urhunted I've seen people use a rope or an extra, sturdy towel. Just saying.

  • i've got a problem with this.. when i wanna pull it high it hits my chest.. isnt the movement to small?

  • vermillion nice
