At MSF's clinic in the Balabala district of Djibouti, doctors and nurses scramble to treat a never-ending influx of young malnourished patients. Last year, the clinic treated nearly 1,730 malnourished children under five years old. In this multimedia reportage shot by photojournalist Marcus Bleasdale, hear clinic workers speak about the successes and frustrations of their work.

In the US people complain that there are hungry children. But we have food stamp programs, WIC, food banks. Even friends, neighbors and family who can help us out. There people have nothing. Nowhere to go for help. These poor beautiful babies are suffering and dying. How can we do nothing to help? How many babies and children must die before the world wakes up? What have you done to help? Find a good organization that will get food to these babies before it is too late. DO SOMETHING
