i remember this match, clermont played wonderfully but James missed somethin like 20 pts !! bad days happen, but there.. leinster were very lucky to go through. both teams are often my favorites each season

Well done on the victory, I think the cup is between Leinster Clermont and Toulouse this year. Clermont are not the best team, Leinster are!! But I am supposed to think that because I am a Leinster fan and you are supposed to think Clermont are the best because you are a Clermont fan. Good Luck next week, you're going to need it.

@GaryTss It's not a priority for Toulouse but they are so strong, and they win. It's a reallity, in France The Hcup is secondary.

It's not true. Clermont is 80% of French players. But there is a real problem in recent years.
Kearney best 15? And Medard? Poitrenau? Lee Byrne? Mils Muliaina? Stein? And Southwell? (It's a joke for Southwell)

@0kissss0 I never said that, and first of all, if that's the case how come Toulouse have won it so many times ? I suppose the Top 14 was never your priority either then ? three players you've just named are foreign, nearly all Irish teams have Irish players, O'Driscoll and D'arcy have over 160 caps between them, French teams just have mercenaries there for the money

Clermont have never win the Hcup because in France the Hcup is not a priority contrary in Ireland.
A better back line???? Last year Malzieu made a Hat trick. And we have Nalaga the try recordman of the Top 14. James is the best 10 of the top 14 with Wilkinson, and we have Parra in 9.

2) Things are not so simple that you said: all games are not won by the team that deserves more. Clermont deserve to win because they dominated in all sectors.
3)We'll wait and see. Yesterday we won against Toulouse, the European champion.
I do not despise Leinster so do not despise Clermont.
Clermont is the best team in Europe.
