@bondeangst William Warren Bartley, III 'heavily edited' the book. Which basically means he took Hayek's rough drafts & he constructed a book out of it. We know that the vast majority of the material is Hayek's or at least identical or consistent with what he had written in the past in various places. So it is fine for the casual reader to accept it as Hayek's work. However if you are a historian of thought or interested in detail it makes your job very difficult.

great lecture. but did hayek really write "the fatal conceit"? experts will say no, or to a very little extent.

I happens a lot. Plz when you edit the video, fill left so we have stereo audio, having the sound in only one ear is annoying.
