Flushing all my problems down the toilet

Well maybe not all my problems but it's a damn great start. Just so everyone out there is clear. I made this choice on my own without my doctors knowledge. I am not teaching with my videos I am only Telling. Telling and showing my life as it really is.
As far as everyone else. I would say pay attention to your health. Listen to your body no matter what you're being told by professionals. Educate yourself of the pills you take. Examine your food intake and learn about the ingredients in them. Sound like a lot of work you say? Damn right it is! And you know what? You're worth it!

NOTE about the way I disposed of these pills:
Yeah I know that it's not a great way to get rid of them but I couldn't think of anything better. Anything you put into the ground ends up in water. At least this way I know the water those pills are traveling in will be going through a lot of filter systems. If thrown away I fear an animal might eat them. If turned into a pharmacy I fear someone would pocket them.

That took a tot of courage,not knowing how your gona feel,you are a tough lady,what is the deal on the plaquenil? This is twice they have put me on it. I am so hoping when i go back to Kirkland Friday he will take me off them.

Nice to see you throwing them out, but you just flushed them into the water system. Might be a better idea to bring them back to the pharmacist so they can be disposed of properly.
