@Jen7waters This is from Life Goes On. It features the romantic couple of Jesse and Becca. Jesse is HIV positive, and the show goes through the struggle of trying to maintain a relationship around it. Jesse does die in the end.

I remember watching this show when I was little, really little like I don't know 6 maybe. It's been a while now that I'm working on a story for my own and I always wondered where I could have find the inspiration for the main character, young, looking tired, artistic, deep and also sick (yeah, it's a sad story !) now I know, it's Jesse. The one and only Jesse, damn I love this character and his story <3 !

tenia como 15 años cuando vi la serie y todos los dias la veia sin falta, hasta el ultimo capitulo, llore mucho porque era una historia de amor muy triste ya que jesse tenia vih, los actores realmente vivian el personaje, una exelente actuacion de ambos principalmente de jesse me gustaria tener la serie completa saben donde la puedo comprar o bajar que alguien me ayude porfavor se los agradecere mucho
