Yes it's "Laughing Stock" from Under the Western Freeway. If you don't know the previous Granddady's Albums you're missing the best.

You are correct. The song is called Laughing Stock, which can be found several places within their catalog, most notably on their official debut album, "Under the Western Freeway."
