That happened to me in 2002 when I got my Cavalier LS Sport. I was so PISSED when I had to take it back. I burnt the ever-living FUCK outta the clutch and tires on the way back to the lot but I never heard anything about it. Assholes. And come to think of it, I think it was a Bill Heard dealership!

I only have experience with their used car sales department. I have NEVER been in such a high pressure environment in my life, and the constant trickery when trying to leave such as "What if I could sell you this ($30K car) for $22K out the door, would you be willing to sign the papers now?", to which if you answer yes they jerk you around for another hour and then explain they were just asking hypothetically and I had to raise hell to finally get my damn driver's license back!!!
