Graupner Jet Sprint Test Drive

First test in the "river", whitch is 2-20cm deep and 20-120cm wide.
On the camera my 5 year old daughter.
Very carefull start, there are lots of rocks and tight rapids, not easy to drive, only a jetboat can do it there.
Speed 480 race, 9,6V, ~32.000rpm

What is the diameter of the shaft on the mini jet? I'm thinking of making a custom balsa hull and powering it with a 3600kv brushless system on either 11.1v or 14.8v, do you think the jet would cope with the power? very nice boat btw!

Of course you can use a BL-System on the Jet-Sprint, the diameter is 3mm you just need an adaptor to install the motor on the jets housing. The original motor ist a 500 or 600 type.

Almost, it has a 480 Race motor instead of a 500, its smaller and lighter. Also a 11.1V LiPo
