"Taylor?" I smiled absolutely bewildered. "What are you doing here?!" I giggled and hugged her.

Taylor laughed, "Well I had the day off, and I figured you may need some help moving in. And I thought it'd be fun to get to know each other better too!"

I nodded, "Oh my gosh your a total lifesaver! I was just thinking that there was no way I could do all this--" I gestured to the mess crowding the house "By myself. Thank you."

"No problem. Oh and!--" She held up a bucket of cookie dough. "I thought we could snack on this too. Plus it'll make the house smell more homey." She giggled.

I smiled, "Great idea Taylor. Come on in."

It was 1:00 and Taylor and I had done a pretty good job! Mostly what was left was the heavy duty moving. Plopping down on the couch, we both sighed contently. "This really is a beautiful house Selena, I'm glad you bought it." Taylor said.

"Thanks." I hugged a throw pillow tightly to my chest. "I'm glad I bought it too." I said and glanced over to the Jonas Household quickly.


"So have you met any one in the neighborhood yet?" she asked me.

I nodded, "Actually I have. I met Nick and Joe next door, they're really nice."

"Aha of course." Taylor smiled.

"Hmm?"

"Oh well Nick is popular in this town, everyone knows him. He's such a nice guy, and is always helping people as much as he can." She leaned back into the couch, "He's always been like that for as long as I can remember. But wait...did you say you met Joe too?!" Taylor gasped.

I nodded, "Yeahhup. I asked Nick if I could, it took him a while to respond, but in the end he said yes."

Taylor hesitated to reply, thinking carefully on her response, "How um...how is he doing?"

"Well...he's paralyzed, but hes doing okay I think. He has a really positive out look on everything though so thats great."

Taylor smiled softly and put a hand to her head, "Same old joe." She muttered.

"Hmm?" I asked confused.

Taylor looked up at me, and bit her lip. "Well...you see...Joe and I used to...date. During High school."

"WHAT?! Are you serious!? NO WAY!" I gasped.

Taylor giggled nervously, "Yeahh. I haven't talked to him since the breakup and I was just so worried when I heard about the accident and I didn't have enough courage to go up to them and ask how he was doing." she babbled on.

"How did you guys breakup by the way?" I asked curiously.

She shrugged, "I don't know, we were young, and we just started to fight a lot. It got a little nasty and we started to insult each other constantly and bicker over useless things...but I really did love him. It was a mutual thing to breakup, but I cried for a month over it."

"And you guys haven't talked since?" I asked.

She just nodded her head sadly.

"Wow...you and Joe. I never would have imagined...don't worry about it Taylor, I'm sure he'll be fine." I assured her.

"I hope so..." Then Taylor's phone went off and she went to go answer it. She came back moments later, "I'm sorry Sel, but I have to go. I'll call you later kay?"

I nodded and went to hug her, "Thanks Tay, you were so much help! I'll see you soon!" I waved as she drove away.

Wow Joe and Taylor...together...I sighed and turned to see my home in a much better shape than what it was this morning. I smiled and had an idea. Walking out of the front door, I went to Nick's house and knocked on the door, waiting for a reply.
