  • It is so damned flat. Where was this filmed?

  • @iiiears from what i belive is that the southern side of Afghanistan is flatter, but im pretty sure garmsir is in a valley surrounded by mountains. It kind of looks like a huge dried up river with mountains around the border. But yeah :)

  • NIce a Dutch JET!

  • @Mike913123 Yes , but the taliban allowed al quida to operate on afghani soil. Extremist were prevent when taliban were in power.

  • in the next 20 years the middle east will be nothing but a ravaged land. With the west limitless demand for oil expiring and rising temps. the middle east will be a brain drain of turmoil and refugees. Their allah will not save them. they can do all the praying they want.

  • How can you win against these people who were eagerly waiting for the 1k bomb to be dropped on them so they can go to Paradise? It's a win-win war for them because they believe they are fighting for justice. They are fighting only because we are there in their country killing them. Use some common sense problem-solving techniques and bring the troops home!

  • @sass225 I would have declared the war with Congress (in the case of the US). If that wasn't politically viable, I'd use special forces to hunt the bastards down, not send in thousands of troops and go through what the Russians went through in the 80s. This is all beside the point, because at this point we are fighting the Taliban...nothing to do with the attacks on 9/11.

    Peace....

  • @Mike913123 So what would you have done if 3000 canadian civilans were murdered on your home soil? would you want to track down thouse that sent the men that attacked your people. Iraq the US had no bussiness in but afganistian is were al[quedas leadership was

  • @Mike913123 Personaly I dont belive that area will ever be stable. The kill em all and let god sort em out approach is not feasable it would in fact cause WW3. What The west wants is a pro western government and stability in the reagion. My job was to keep as many of my people alive as possiblie while protecting different facilities. I am not a policy maker just a life long History student.

  • @Mike913123 Afghanistan's significance from an energy standpoint stems from its geographical position as a potential transit route for oil and natural gas exports from Central Asia to the Arabian Sea. This potential includes the possible construction of oil and natural gas export pipelines through Afghanistan, which was under serious consideration in the mid-1990s. The idea has since been undermined by Afghanistan's instability.

  • @Mike913123 We are there because thats were Bin ladens organization was home based at the time of 9/11 and because 3000 ny and 200 more at the pentagon were murdered Britian is there cause of 7/7 bombing and other attacks. spain sent troops because of the train blown up on there soil.
