One of the versions of the Lynx is the fastest, yes.
The Portuguese navy does not need a aircraft carrier, nor can it afford it.
It would require more man power to support an aircraft carrier than the whole of the Navy's current staff. You would require a whole squadron of aircraft, and support and supply ships. It is simply economically and logistically infeasible.
What the navy should have is good fleet of oceanic patrol ships so it can properly monitor the immense coast and EEA of Portugal.

isso e um pouco dificil nao por questoes economicas pois aperta aqui reduz ali estica ali
a coisa ia o prblema e pessoal ja e dificil arranjar pilotos para a força aerea imagina agora para a marinha tambem e verdade que com esta aquisiçao surgiria uma grande curiosidade por parte do povo mas e sempre sol de poucaa dura no fim so se recorrerse mos ao serviço militar obrigatorio o que ai a coisa ia descambar etc etc et ficamos muito bem com LPD depois logo vemos
