During an editorial board meeting with the Portsmouth, N.H., Herald editorial board, New Hampshire State Republican Chairman John H. Sununu talked about the U.S. Senate race and whether he'd get involved to decide who runs -- his son, John E. Sununu, or Attorney General Kelly Ayotte.

I am a victim of Civil Rights violations by Ayotte and her administration. There is an FBI investigation into her as Congressman Inslee made such a request on my behalf. I am doing everything within my power to legally remove her from seeking any other public offices.

Actually the NRSC has agreed not to support a candidate in New Hampshire, but Judd Gregg has indicated a preference for Attorney General Ayotte. Chairman Sununu said that New Hampshire residents don't like candidates chosen by Washington.
