I have been working on sideflips on and off for the past few months and I went ahead and recorded a video of me doing one for the sake of having one.
Some things to note, I needed to set and jump higher, as well as I need to get better about fear on these so I can do them without landing on a crash pad. I need to have either something to jump over or jump onto or my form goes completely wrong. And faster run up makes everything better!
