In this talk Suzanne Prior and Rachel Menzies, PhD students at the School of Computing, University of Dundee, explain how they use user centred design for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.

In this first clip Suzanne discusses some bad examples of design and why consistency is important in software and hardware development.
